The roots of actiro are in the development, design and production of fans. Our range includes all radial fan geometries up to a diameter of 580 mm. By using various technologies, we are in the position to offer you economical solutions for small series through to mass production.

HIGH TO MEDIUM PRESSURE IMPELLER

These impellers have a ratio of between 0.15 and 0.5 between intake opening diameter and external diameter. The angle of the blades is decisive for a given external diameter and revolutions per minute for the level of total pressure and of the static pressure ratio. The blades for high and medium-pressure impellers are usually backward inclined. There are designs with flat or drawn cover plates.

LOW-PRESSURE IMPELLER/CYLINDRICAL ROTOR FANS
Cylindrical rotor fans are ideal for high volumes with revolutions per minute of up to 7,000 min-1. The ratio of inflow to outflow is the lowest at around 0.7 to 0.95.

Material Material Material
The material selection is based on the use of the fan. It is dependent on the medium being transported, the temperature and the particles in the air. Aluminium, steel alloys, stainless steel and also ceramic coatings are ideal.
